As a not-for-profit organization, we work to make our classes financially accessible, ensuring that cost is never an obstacle to participation. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and can enjoy the many benefits of gymnastics.
While trophies and strong muscles are awesome, our ultimate goal is to inspire a lifelong love of sport and help athletes foster lasting self-confidence.

Our Story
A Community Focused Not-for-Profit
Since 1993, the North Valley Gymnastics Society has been the go-to for recreational and competitive gymnastics in Vernon, British Columbia. After our newly renovated facility was destroyed by fire in 2021, we operated out of a temporary space in nearby Lumby. In January 2024, we moved into our brand-new 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Vernon. We are thrilled to be settled in our permanent location, which was thoughtfully and purposely built for the amazing sport of gymnastics. Our gym is spacious, light-filled, and packed with state-of-the-art equipment.
North Valley Gymnastics is stronger than ever, with a bright future ahead!
Run by a passionate team of staff and NCCP-trained and certified coaches, and supported by a volunteer Board of Directors, North Valley’s aim is to serve the community by continuing to offer the highest-quality gymnastics programming. We’re also proud to nurture future coaches through our CIT (Coach-in-Training) program.
